I was thinking the other day. I know it's rather soon, but this is also why I opened it to the public (rather than making it a convention rally). I thought: why not a trip?

I decided to give this a go - renting the local park and Community Centre for the event. I loved the name, which is The Artists' Reside Trip, which spelled out to ART in shorthand. Marvelous accident, don't you think?

So I decided to go for it. I've already written out the letter to our Mayor requesting that Catlin Village Board hosts the event. Unfortunately, I can't choose a better location because lengthy travel is too far out of the question for me. If it is for you, too, don't worry! Artists (and creators) can send material to my doorstep and participate from abroad! In doing this, the creator(s) will get 50% of all their booth profit. The other 50% goes to the ART Staff to pay off renovations, staff members, and donating to the Catlin Police Department, Fire Department, and Village.
